Pushing your own boundaries
For the longest time, I've resisted things because I wasn't sure I could do them. As an example, writing.
Writing for me has always consisted of the idea of writing a book. I was extremely proud when I finished Rise of the Phayde, but recently, a friend pushed me towards the short story.
At first, I was reluctant, but I fell in love with the practice after writing several short stories. It allows you to flex inner muscles you may not have even been aware you had.
My suggestion would be, even if you are nervous that you can't do it, or it may not be good enough, do it.
Everyone has a story to tell. Let the world hear yours!
